Children

- Children over the age of 12 are charged as adults
- Children between 0-2 stay free
- Chidren between the age of 3 and 12 will be charged at 50% of the adult rate if accompanied by two or more adults

You must check out by 11:00AM
Cancellations

Booking must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged

Credit card is required as a guarantee and a pre authorization will be taken. We will need to verify the card on check in. No charge will be made for cancellations if the booking is cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival. The first night will be charged for all cancellations or non arrivals after that time. Third Party Bookings must be verified before arrival and all the necessary Authorization forms must be filled in. Special request like Non smoking rooms and lower floor rooms must be made at the time of booking.

St George Hotel Ltd, provide our online booking capability through Supra National Hotels. When making a booking, your credit card information is sent to Supra National Hotels via their secure server. They use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details so that your credit or debit card details cannot be read as they travel over the internet.
Your credit card information is then held in Supranational Hotels secure database for a period of time to allow us to process your booking. Your credit card data will be held no longer than 30 days after the end of the month of your departure from our hotel. To prevent unauthorised access and use of your information, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your information, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. Your credit card information can only be exchanged between you, Supranational Hotels, and us.
